“Marcus has been my one stop solution when it comes to any of my client medical needs. I recently have a client that was involved in an accident which caused severe lower back pain for him. He was in a lot of pain and was unable to walk. He self admitted into TTSH and was treated for a few days without any signs of improvements. Client gave me a call to update me on his situation and told me he went to TTSH as private hospital beds were almost at full capacity and he wasn’t sure the procedure to be treated at one.

Knowing he has coverage for private hospital, I reached out to Marcus to see how he was able to help in this situation. Marcus quickly arranged and found a ward in FPH and liaise with a spine specialist to take on this patient. Within an hour, an ambulance was arranged to transfer my client over to FPH. Not only was the ward available at such short notice, my client was also admitted into a 1 patient suite to his delight.

After a few test and consideration, my client decided to go for a back operation to fix the root problem of his lower back spine issue. After a week, my client was successful discharged and is currently going back multiple sessions a week for his physiotherapy recovery.

“One of my client had seizure in the middle of night and was sent to hospital’s emergency department via ambulance.

It was a long 6 hours wait at the hospital and no available bed in the ward.

After received client’s wife phone call, i immediately sought help from Marcus to source for Private Panel Neurologist that can see my client for further checks.
