Client’s child had an eye infection and was referred to A&E by GP to be warded as the infection was getting more serious. It was a Sunday night, during dinner time and Marcus was very quick with his replies and help! From the time Marcus had the relevant information on the client’s child, Marcus was able to find a bed and direct her to a panel doctor at Thomson within 10 minutes. Client’s child was warded in less than 2 hours and received medical attention.
